The Process

Connect  With LO & Borrower

Loan Officer will introduce/connect us with borrower to establish a relation and make borrower comfortable working with us as their loan processor

02.

Collect & Review All Documents

  • Obtain and Review Documentations from borrower

  • Validate data on the documents and loan application

  • Review and Import MISMO 3.4 (If Applicable)

  • Review and Prequalify

03.

Advise on products (if applicable)

  • We can help your client make the right choice on the loan product if necessary

04.

Submit loan Package to under writing

  • Loan Submission to Underwriting

  • Request VOE, WVOE, VOR, VOM and VOD

  • Order credit supplement (if applicable)

  • Order Appraisal

  • Order Title documents

  • Order HOI quotes from different vendors for comparison (No Affiliation)

  • Order Flood Insurance (if applicable)

05.

Email Thread

  • Set up email thread between buyer’s agent, title company, and loan officer for easy update communications.

  • Update borrower and Loan Officer on every milestone reached or concerns.

  • Fulfill conditional approval requirements with borrower

  • Source borrower’s funds

  • Request for 3 Day Closing Disclosure

  • CTC File

06.

Setup Closing

  • Schedule closing

Follow through till loans are funded

Getting Paid

  • The borrower pays CTC Mortgage Processing, and it's included in their disclosed closing costs. The loan officer isn't responsible for this fee. It won't impact the Qualified Mortgage (QM) threshold, which is 3% for primary residences and up to 4.5% for investment properties.

Meet The CEO

I am Zainab Kaffo, the CEO of CTC Mortgage Processing and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

My journey in the mortgage industry began in 2018 as a loan processor, where I learned about the Mortgage Industry. Over time, I transitioned into a Loan Officer role and have since originated over $50 million in loans.

I am passionate about both originating and processing loans, finding great fulfillment in helping homebuyers turn their dreams into reality. As an experienced Loan Officer, my goal is to create a seamless, stress-free transaction process for fellow Loan Officers—allowing them to reclaim their time, focus on generating more leads, and grow their business.
